By creating an account or using MindBoost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MindBoost is a verbatim recall training platform. We provide domain knowledge packs, custom session creation, scoring, streaks, and a global leaderboard. The service is provided on a free and paid basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use MindBoost.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboard rankings through automated means.
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of custom sessions and statements you create. By creating content on MindBoost, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 3 domain pack plays per day. We reserve the right to modify plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The MindBoost application, design, and official content packs are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

MindBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. AI-generated content in domain packs is provided for training purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MindBoost after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
